1. Where are your products made?
All Soleil Fume candles and reed diffusers are handcrafted in the UK using our exclusive in-house fragrance blends and carefully selected premium ingredients.
2. What wax do you use?
Our candles are made with high-quality natural soy wax for a clean and long-lasting burn.
3. How long do your candles burn?
Approximate burn times:
- 110g: up to 25 hours
- 160g: up to 35 hours
- 200g: up to 45 hours
- 330g: up to 70 hours
Burn time may vary depending on usage and environment.
4. How can I get the best performance from my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface (around 2–3 hours). Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn for a cleaner flame.
5. How long will a reed diffuser last?
Our reed diffusers typically last around 3-4 months, depending on room temperature, airflow and how often the reeds are flipped.
6. Are your fragrances made with essential oils?
Our fragrances are carefully hand-blended in-house using carefully selected essential oils to create balanced and long-lasting scents.
7. Are your products suitable for homes with pets?
We recommend using all scented products in a well-ventilated room and ensuring pets cannot directly access the candle or diffuser. If you have concerns about specific pets, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Our products are carefully packaged and are suitable for gifting. Seasonal gift options may also be available throughout the year.
9. Do you ship across the UK?
Yes. We offer delivery throughout the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
